Near where I live is this charming gated house. The entrance is garlanded with lilacs in the Spring. I created this abstract of the scene on watercolor paper, but used acrylic paint. Without seeing the gate, it could easily be seen as a lane or a footpath into a garden or through a meadow. A friend who lives in a warm climate thought the flowers were bougainvillea, so yes, they could be! Because the painting is very small, when hugely enlarged the pixels will be prominent, making it even more abstract. The effect should be charming.

I have been a painter, photographer and designer for many years. Worked as art director for a theater company in San Diego, designer for an audio visual company in Minneapolis, tech director for a contractor with Walt Disney World in Orlando, graphic designer for a Landscape Architect in Orlando, as an art teacher in Nairobi, Kenya, and prepress for a printer in Minneapolis.
