A screaming face is imprisoned in an old brick wall festooned with lovely ivy. The irony and pathos describes despair that is within the walled compound behind. This can take on many applications, from actual prisoners, to people imprisoned within their minds and spirits. It's the soul's deep cry for someone to hear and to save, but the cry is not heard; it's frozen in stone.

I have been a painter, photographer and designer for many years. Worked as art director for a theater company in San Diego, designer for an audio visual company in Minneapolis, tech director for a contractor with Walt Disney World in Orlando, graphic designer for a Landscape Architect in Orlando, as an art teacher in Nairobi, Kenya, and prepress for a printer in Minneapolis. My work is displayed in many private collections and currently I exhibit in Art of the Lakes in Battle Lake, Minnesota, (http://www.artofthelakes.org/) as well as Gallery96 in St. Paul, Minnesota.
